Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Build AI Inc. ("Build AI," "we," "us," or "our"), including our AI Agent platforms — DentalOS, CommerceAI, RestaurantAI, and QA Evaluator — and our website at buildai.so, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Build AI provides autonomous, production-grade AI Agent platforms designed to automate business operations across multiple industries:

  • DentalOS: AI-powered healthcare practice management including intelligent scheduling, patient communication, and clinical workflow automation
  • CommerceAI: AI automation operating system for e-commerce handling product catalog management, customer interactions, and order fulfillment
  • RestaurantAI: AI agent for restaurant operations automating ordering, inventory management, and customer engagement
  • QA Evaluator: AI-powered call quality assurance platform with automated scoring, sentiment analysis, and compliance monitoring

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our AI models or proprietary algorithms
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platforms
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without prior written consent
  • Use our AI Agents to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platforms — including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Build AI Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to our platforms. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely for the purpose of delivering our AI services.

6. Payment & Billing

Certain services may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis
  • Provide accurate billing information and update it promptly if changes occur

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Our AI Agents generate outputs based on the data and instructions provided. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:

  • AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and should be reviewed before acting upon them
  • We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
  • You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations
  • For healthcare applications (DentalOS), AI-generated insights are not a substitute for professional medical judgment

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime across all platforms. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. We will provide reasonable advance notice for scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use our services will immediately cease
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination
  • We will delete your data within 60 days of account closure

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Build AI Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
